Unable to install Insider CLI software in Windows 10

Hi,

I have downloaded the Insider software for windows from this link - https://github.com/insidersec/insider/releases

Upon unzip, if I double click the "Insider.exe" No action is happening. It is just showing the cmd prompt and disappearing immediately. Have tried with Admin credentials as well but getting same issue.

Request you to help me to install in Windows 10.
