[Bug] Tree view - pop-up window doesn't get dismissed

Bug Description

I have run into another issue that is possibly related to #1282 and #1190.

Description: The pop-up window isn't dismissed when the cursor is not hovering the person's tile or the pop-up.

How-to reproduce: Click on the person's tile. If the rendered pop-up window overlaps with the respective person's tile, and the mouse cursor is not hovering over the person's icon or the pop-up itself, then the pop-up window is not being dismissed even after clicking elsewhere.

Workaround: move the cursor over and away from the pop-up window or that person's icon.

We could reproduce the behavior both on macos with Firefox 153.0.4 (aarch64) and on windows with Chrome 151.0.7922.138 (64-bit).
