Add HTMLTextEscaper to escape <, >, & characters appearing in text content within raw HTML elements before XML escaping, so they survive the QTI XML round-trip and render correctly in the browser. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

I concur with the request allow 0 point answers, and there are others who support that change: The PR title is humorous, but maybe adding "(allow 0 point answers)" would help others discover this PR and upvote it 😄 For anyone else who is awaiting this feature, as a workaround just edit this one line in your fork of the repo: Line 228 in c9f119b |
