Keep the SpinBox format (suffix/prefix) visible even when editing text

Problem or limitation

Right now the format string is hidden when editing value:

Proposed improvement

It would be nice if it could work like in blender where it still shown, but not selectable. Maybe even be able to set a custom color for the suffix/prefix

Note that the suffix/prefix properties have been superseded by a single format property. Either way the idea is the same.
