User cannot cancel out of running an unsaved query

Describe the bug
When A user chooses to run a query whose file has unsaved changes, a message comes up: Query file has unsaved changes. Save now?

A user can choose to save and continue, not save and continue anyway, or save and continue (and remember the action).

There is no way to cancel the query run.

Expected behavior
Provide a way for users to cancel a query run before it starts when the query is unsaved.
