Support Kotlin 2.1.10

Currently our codeql workflowas fails as Kotlin 2.1.010 is yet not available for autobuild.

com.semmle.extractor.java.interceptors.KotlinInterceptor$KotlinVersionTooRecentError: Kotlin version 2.1.10 is too recent. CodeQL currently supports versions below 2.1.10

What´s the process for supporting latest kotlin version?

We're aware that codeql is failing for kotlin 2.1.10 and are looking into it.

seems to be resolved, CodqQl not failing anymore with kotlin 2.1.10
