Get DRS Object from non-local file data sources - HTTPS

Currently, the /objects/{object_id} endpoint is loading DRSObject metadata for local files (i.e. file://). This should be expanded to handle DRSObject metadata from other file stores, in particular the https access type for remote file stores.
