e.g. after/before releases, propose a PR over at dotnet/fsharp updating the two files https://github.com/dotnet/fsharp/tree/main/tests/service/data/TestTP which are used for in-compiler tests related to TypeProviders.

@T-Gro Yes we can start adding workflows to dotnet/fsharp to do this kind of engineering transfer.

It helps both repos are OSS as they're easy to do transfer
