NoteBookmark.NoMaui.slnf excludes the MAUI projects so devs on Linux or Windows without Android SDK installed can still build and test the rest of the solution with: dotnet build NoteBookmark.NoMaui.slnf The full NoteBookmark.sln build requires the maui-android workload (dotnet workload restore) and the Android SDK (ANDROID_SDK_ROOT).
