The
ex_doccli will not load apps from the provided--pathsargument whenExDoc.Applicationstart. When prepend thepaths, the.appshould be loaded so that themakeup_applications can be started before generating.This scenario occurs when using
rebar3_ex_doc, which use the cli underlying.
