Create frontend skeleton for the identity hub with basic verifiable credentials visualization as cards

Using the Industry Core Hub frontend: https://github.com/eclipse-tractusx/industry-core-hub/tree/main/ichub-frontend

Copy the code and delete the features and pages to reuse the main skeleton of the application.

And then start to build a view with cards for every verifiable credential that was generated in the Identity Hub "backend"

Notes from todays meeting:

-We are blocked with the creation of credentials because of this issue: Failure in creation of JWT during Issuance Process · Issue #846 · eclipse-edc/IdentityHub

• So we should focus on doing the first steps from the implementation (creating did, setting trusted issuers)
