Issue Description
Since updating to 2.151.28 hot reload seems to have gone missing. Nothing shows in the ".NET Hot Reload" output window other than "Last Edit and Continue engine removed; ending the debugger session.".
The hot reload icon in the status bar is missing also.
Switching back to 2.148.23 bring it all back.
Steps to Reproduce
Install 2.151.28
Expected Behavior
Hot Realod icon and logging shows, and hot reload is enabled.
Actual Behavior
No icon or logging, or any actual hot reload.
Extension version: 2.151.28
