The NPCs on the sidewalk are a single color

and they're supposed to be... different? wined3d looks the same here.

Ye they should just have regular body and clothes textures afaik (don't have the game in front of me right now)

Can't say I'm able to reproduce, looks all good here:

The provided trace is d3d9, while the game is d3d8. I suppose there are some mods at play here. The issue is also baked into the trace, I can see it on playback.
