el-get-install{skip=>}-emacswiki-recipes.
README.md: el-get now requires Emacs 24.5
These changes were made earlier, but corresponding documentation
updates were missed.
We are lacking in dev support for this feature. It is not yet officially deprecated, but may become so in the future.

I am removing mention of el-get-bundle from the README, as it seems to have some outstanding bugs present ever since it was merged. I am not deprecating yet, but I am thinking about it.
