The release-recipe workflow only fired for rust/motoko/asset-canister/ prebuilt tags, so tagging static-site-v<version> would not cut a recipe release. Add the static-site-v* trigger. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
