Since only @dfinity resolves automatically to this repo we should show examples of both pointing directly to the template url or using @dfinity/rust

I was wondering about this, specifically because we explain how to use recipes in the icp-cli-docs. I think the purpose of this repo is to maintain and document how to use the official recipies of dfinity.
but I think we could (or should) add a link to the icp-cli docs where this is explained in more detail.
