Predge — signed, offline-verifiable settled outcomes plus prediction-market whale intelligence over x402. Wallets are ranked by outcome-verified win rate on resolved markets (edge over the market's own price × capital, not activity heuristics). The differentiator is four flagship ed25519 attestations — settled Polymarket outcomes, sports results, Kalshi market resolutions, and wallet track records — each cryptographically signed and verifiable offline against a published key, so an agent can prove an outcome rather than just assert it. Pay-per-call in USDC on Base or Solana, no keys, no accounts.
