Add x402-seller to ecosystem (Services/Endpoints)

Adds x402-seller to the ecosystem registry.

What it is: a keyless, pay-per-call API for autonomous trading agents on Base mainnet. No signup, no API key, $0.01/call in USDC over x402 v2.

What it does that isn't already free:

• /vet — one-call token go/no-go, fusing contract security (GoPlus), a live Honeypot.is buy/sell simulation, and a self-collected liquidity-drain time series into a single verdict
• /alpha/launches — discovers newly launched pools and rug-screens each one in the same call
• /onchain/liquidity — liquidity-drain detector built from reserves collected over time, which is why it can't be assembled on demand

Verification: all 22 endpoints return a valid x402 v2 402 challenge with the bazaar discovery extension, on eip155:8453 with real USDC. The service is registered and validated on x402scan (22/22 resources).

On accuracy claims: the service grades its own rug verdicts against real outcomes 6 hours later and publishes the ledger at /track-record — hits, misses and false alarms, with the grading formula stated. It currently publishes that its own contract-security verdict underperforms, because hiding that would make the rest of the numbers worthless.
