Create a new conda environment:
conda create --name columnflexpart_env python
Enter your environment:
conda activate columnflexpart_env
Install cartopy with conda:
conda install -c conda-forge cartopy
Install NetCDF backend:
conda install -c conda-forge netcdf4
Install Rtree for geopandas:
pip install Rtree
Finally install columnflexpart via pip:
pip install columnflexpart
