Release 7.12.0 (#617)

  • Align PaymentSetupsConfirmResponse with the PaymentSetup schema returned by the confirm endpoint, fixing merchant onboarding (customer.email and other setups models had the wrong shape)
  • Remove the orphaned PaymentSetupSource class
