Send cursor position VDU command doesn't match documentation

VDU 23,0,&82 is "request cursor position" - the code is hard-coded right now to return the text cursor position, however it's possible to swap the active cursor to the graphics cursor.

This should probably change to use activeCursor

having said that, the returned position is divided by the font height, so it's a text position, and deducing that from the graphics cursor position might not work as expected

perhaps the documentation should change to say that it's returning the text cursor

we could potentially add a "request graphics cursor position" command, however the utility of such a call is questionable
