Chatter Loading error

Describe the bug
!load chatter wont work anymore

To Reproduce

1. Load cog '...'
2. Run command '....'
3. See error
   

Worked perfectly yesterday, over night it somehow stopped working and refuses to load even on a fresh install of Red

im having the same problem, i doubt this will be fixed.
