Bug description

What is a waypoint without MAV_CMD_NAV_WAYPOINT ?
What is consciousness ?
What is beyond spacetime ?

Steps to reproduce

Primary pain point(s)

The vehicle will not follow the path and will ignore 20.

Mission waypoint ID will fail, since 20 will not exist once the mission is uploaded, affecting all waypoints after 20.
