chore: Update our modules to be POSIX or to use `nushell`

This is in preparation for the future of bootc being distro-agnostic aside from Fedora Atomic.

This would increase the compatibility of our modules to be used everywhere.

The best way to do this is usage of POSIX shell built-ins as much as possible and nushell.

Advantage of writing modules in POSIX:

• no file-size increase to the image on runtime modules, since every Linux distribution has /bin/sh
• execution speed

Advantage of writing modules in nushell:

• it's capability on writing powerful scripts easier, that do much more things
• better reliabilty, since error catching is made well

If that is the case, I could work on some utility nushell scripts for parsing JSON. Kind of like what JQ does.

Yes, anything we can find.

Basically, we would only use shell built-ins (whether it's a nushell or sh built-in) and/or statically-linked binaries / AppImages, instead on relying if something is available in the image or not.

pkgforge repo is good for this, but it's overly complex build action stopped working, so builds are out-of-date since June and main maintainer stopped maintaining it due to real-life things.

Basically similar to what we did with yq, except we would pull every single dependency we need.

Nushell has a ton of built-ins that straight up just replace jq, curl (...) and other things generally. Probably a good idea to try to entirely replace them on the modules if possible

Note that worst case I believe that we could build a container with lots of static binaries for the stuff we want. curl, jq, busybox (...)

That's true.

I have no problem with replacing bash fully, although note that I don't know Nushell, so I won't contribute much to the modules until I learn it (couldn't find motivation and desire to learn it at all, as I find bash and POSIX sufficient in my case).
