Added support for Maven to generate the binary needed to run the benchmark.

@chanchiem Could we use travis ci to run our benchmarking test? In that case, if we do a new release in future, we are confident that our new features/changes won't impact a lot on the benchmarking. |

Description of changes:
This adds basic benchmarking analysis and source code as a package. We use JMH as the dependency for benchmarking. This gives us a baseline result and discusses how we got there.
Adds maven support to allow customers to run the benchmark locally.
