Description of changes:
Code used in
contextMissingStrategyFromEnvironmentVariable()andcontextMissingStrategyFromSystemProperty()was duplicated. This change removes the duplication to a separate function. The change also includes a couple additional cleanups indicated by IntelliJ and SonarLint.
