The current star history chart is broken due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Point the chart to a working data source so the contributors section renders correctly again.

The star history chart in the README is currently broken because the underlying API is restricted by GitHub's stargazer API limits. Update the chart to use a working source so the contributors section renders properly again.
