Many years ago, I was asked to help prepare a team for a major modernization effort: migrating from on-premises infrastructure to AWS, and from a legacy Java stack (JSP, Servlets, and EJB) to Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Kubernetes.
To make the transition easier, I created this repository with a collection of short tutorials and practical examples that I hoped would help others navigate the same journey.
Although I still make occasional updates, I decided to stop actively maintaining most of these projects. Instead, I’ve intentionally preserved them with their original libraries, frameworks, and implementation patterns, as a snapshot of how we built applications at the time and the tools that were available to us.
