[FEATURE] - Unified tree view

• Provide a single, unified tree view with Favorites, Git,Mercury, Subversion, and VSCode as top level branches
• Add an option to hide empty top level branches
• Add an option to use tags as the second level branches

Hi @JEleniel ,

Could you elaborate what do you see as advantages of having a single tree with top-level branches for each kind of of project, compared to the current approach, where each kind of project has its own tree? Is it because of missing features from one tree to another?

If one of the reasons is the lack of tags for auto-detected projects like Git and Mercurial, it is already being tracked in #588 .

I have a highly organized folder structure for all my projects across multiple organizations, and I would like to be able to browse them based on that existing structure. I would also like to be able to use tags in the other panels. Since I only use git I would like to be able to browse all my projects by tag or folder in a single view. Something like:

|-Tags
|  |- Rust
|  |   |-Project1
|  |- Typescript
|      |-Project2
|-Org1
|  |-Project1
|  |-Project2
|

Where Org1 is a folder containing the projects.

I hope that the directory scan also retains the original directory structure display, rather than tiling it all
