docs(framework): README states the French positioning in one headline

The README opens on a two-line positioning block that does not say what the framework is, in one breath, in French.

Scope

• Replace the positioning block with a single headline.

Acceptance criteria

• The header states the positioning in one line.
• The generated skill counts in the README match reality (the pre-commit sync moved them from 41 to 40 skills, aidd-pm from 5 to 4).
