Support d.ts. type mapping so viewing reference goes back to original script

Viewing the definition should take you all the way back to the original source code rather than the intermediate generated d.ts.
This feature is supported in Typescript 2.9: microsoft/TypeScript#22658

@mheiber, the purpose of this tool is to parse application source files and generate d.ts types to enable cross-file type resolution during development. The purpose of this issue it to track that I would like the generated d.ts files to contain source maps back to the original files. I haven't built that functionality into the output yet thus the issue remains.

Sorry if that has caused any confusion. Do you develop on the Salesforce platform? If so I'd be interested if you are using this tool in your workflows. Might motivate me to complete some issues more quickly.
