Attribute hints won't show up after typing tag name and a space.

1. Type `<`` in an html page. Tag hints show up.
2. Type a. You will see a list of tags start with a.
3. Type a space.

Result: Tag hints disappear but no attribute hints show up.

@RaymondLim should we try to fix this for sprint 19? It seems like a fairly recent regression -- was working in sprint 17 / EC preview 2, but is broken in sprint 18 and now.
