[BUG] Can not find config file, no matter where I put it, or call it. Options ignored.

Bug Description
Can not find config file, no matter where I put it, or call it. Options ignored.
Please fix. Can no longer make it pause, causes YouTube account to get locked out.
Worked fine before update. Attempted to get working again.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. have it load config file.
2. says URL not found, and under details will say file not found.
3. put in options, watch them be ignored.
