Remove monolithic Google/Microsoft add path

Removes the legacy addBundle/addGraph create paths (SDK, routes, atoms, UI fallbacks). Custom Google URLs and custom Microsoft scopes now go through the same per-service endpoints as everything else. Existing integrations are unaffected at runtime.
