Currently, the
configureServicesfunction creates a default workspace config, but it is not passed to theinitializefunction. This PR passes the configuration to theinitializefunction. Moreover, to work properly, theworkspaceUrimust have the extension.code-workspace.I previously reported a related issue here: CodinGame/monaco-vscode-api#470
