Changes:

Refactored INI reading/writing.
Refactored exception logging.
Added more exception logging for some edge cases.

⚠️ PlayStation VR Direct-Mode causing issues

Currently PlayStation VR Direct-Mode does not seem to work correctly with SteamVR and gets stuck at 60 Hz. Please use Virtual-Mode instead. If you really want to use Direct-Mode the only workaround for this is to disable Direct-Mode and then enable Direct-Mode in SteamVR again.
