What changed

  • Editor: IntelliJ IDEA and Dank Mono replace VS Code, its theme, and the 15-extension list.
  • Desktop Apps: intro now says macOS. Adds 1Password, Karabiner-Elements, Magnet, OneDrive, Obsidian, and Safari; drops Edge, Notion, WSL, and Windows Terminal. Photoshop and Snagit stay.
  • AI Tools: new section with Claude (Max) and ChatGPT (Plus).
  • Hardware: the home-built desktop PC parts list is replaced by a MacBook Pro 14" (24 GB, 512 GB).
  • Audio: AirPods Max and R脴DE PodMic USB on a PSA1+ arm replace the HD 6XX, Schiit stack, Bose speakers, and Blue Yeti.
  • Peripherals: Keychron K4 Pro replaces the Vortex Pok3r and MAX Falcon-20 numpad.
  • On the Go: iPhone 17 Pro and iPad Pro 11" (M4) with Apple Pencil Pro replace the Pixel 7 Pro, XPS 13, and reMarkable 2.
  • Removes the outdated desk and PC photos and deletes the unused image files.

Tests

  • e2e/uses.spec.ts now asserts the IntelliJ IDEA link instead of VS Code.
  • Visual snapshots were not regenerated locally; the update-snapshots CI job will produce the Linux renders and commit them to this branch.
