Doubt regarding possible errata from paper

I am trying to understand the methodology and one part of it is to get {key: value} pairs, where key is the extracted entity and value is the corresponding sentence. The question is, shouldn't $50 (MON) should have "He has $50 on him" as value instead of "White House sits in Washington", or am I missing something?
