Figure out a way to not play the sounds when the page loads

currently when you load the page it plays sounds to warm them up. see if we can fix this.

I tried every possible thing I could think when I added sounds and had no luck.

Just took another stab at it and I think I fixed it. It must have been a bug in one of our deps that is now fixed, because before nothing I tried had any effect.

Just found another way this happens and fixed it too. If a tab is closed and reopened, it plays the sound. The whole reason I was playing sounds on launch to begin with is that there was a bug in Howler where the first time a sound was played, it was really glitchy. To get around that, I tried playing the sounds on boot, but at zero volume. For some reason, the zero volume part never worked. No idea why. Anyway, the glitch seems to be gone so I removed the initSfxHack function entirely.

I think I may have found one reason you were doing this fo Wad, for some reason if you don't play the woosh sound on start it throws and error when you die on mobile devices, and does not display the death screen. See error screenshot:

I've put back just the part that starts and stops the woosh sound for now which fixes the above error. We can remove it if we can figure out another way around this error on mobile.
