Error after creating issue: "failed after 3 attempts - cannot connect to API" and final result panel not shown

Describe the bug
Previously I was creating an issue and it was able to create issue successfully. The issue was created and YouTube metadata was updated successfully. But at the end the app shows this error: "failed after 3 attempts and cannot connect to API." The final result panel is not shown.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open YakShaver Desktop
2. Create an issue from a video (as usual)
3. Observe that issue and YouTube metadata are updated
4. At the end the app shows error: "failed after 3 attempts and cannot connect to API" and final result panel does not appear

Expected behavior
The process should complete successfully and the final result panel should show the result (success or explicit failure reason). No "failed after 3 attempts" API connectivity error should appear if earlier steps (issue creation, YouTube metadata update) succeeded.

Actual behavior

• Issue is created successfully
• YouTube metadata updated successfully
• Final step fails with: "failed after 3 attempts and cannot connect to API"
• Final result panel is not shown

Note: I think there was some error on last steps when executing YouTube Metdata. In the video you can notice there is no ✅ emoji on that step even it has updated video metdata

The work item and YouTube metadata could be updated successfully, but a later error was incorrectly attributed to the completed Executing Task stage. This marked the stage as failed and prevented the Final Result panel from appearing.
The fix correctly tracks the Metadata stage and prevents completed or skipped stages from being marked as failed again. The Final Result now remains visible with an appropriate warning if metadata updating fails.
