[Feature] Add option to select the fastest url for a Channel

Right now the behavior is to select the first stream for a channel.
Adding a new flag like --fastest so that whenever a channel is selected from fzf, termv takes all the streams available and ranks them according which url is fastest.
The new sorted list would be sent to mpv
