I2Pd Stuck at 10% Tunnel Creation Success Rate After Update

It used to start with 10% and then gradually increase to a success rate of 60% or over for tunnel creation. But right after updating, it stopped doing that & stays at 10%. I also am having trouble closing it or doing a quit, it just hangs there in the system tray, so I end up having to go to my task manager/system monitor to close it.
I use the flatpak if that helps. I'm on Linux Mint and my system info is:

Try regular i2pd rather than i2pd-qt.

I'm trying regular i2pd, but I'm having trouble launching the one from the official repos and the latest version from the releases gives me this error when I try and install it:
not satisifiable: libboast-program-options1.90.0(=>1.90.0)
Edit: When I try to run it, I get this:

Okay, I also tried the portable i2pd browser and it worked fine until I got to the part where I had to run I2Pd and got this error message:
Can't find 'screen' installed. That script needs it!

I'm starting to think I accidentally deleted some important folders for the non-Qt version and when I try reinstalling it, it won't recreate those folders.
