It used to start with 10% and then gradually increase to a success rate of 60% or over for tunnel creation. But right after updating, it stopped doing that & stays at 10%. I also am having trouble closing it or doing a quit, it just hangs there in the system tray, so I end up having to go to my task manager/system monitor to close it.
