Discussion: Add Optional files for Autodocumentation Wiki Repos

Just a discussion at this point: Can we add placeholder files for repos that implement autodocumentation files? E.g. there are the following differences:

1. README.MD in each resource folder
2. Different main README.MD file with much less info an point to Wiki.
3. Different AppVeyor.yml files

I think we should change the template to use auto-documentation as the default, especially now when the auto-documentation no longer need to have a different AppVeyor.yml.
