Although we can configure the sources, there's work remaining to properly detect symbols on a variety of projects using roave/BetterReflection.

Downgraded nikic/php-parser and its dependents to avoid PHP 8 warnings with roave/BetterReflection (obviously not all repos are PHP 8).
Configuration is validated and parsed from xml files, with .dist having lower priority.
Enabled scanning remote git repos and local folders.
Added new integration tests for old code.
Renamed and cleaned up things.
