[SPRING][CODE] Sunsetting old spring version

Currently spring generator handle

• springboot version 2.X
• springboot version 3.X
• springboot version 4.X

The springboot 3 has been released more than 3 years ago and spring boot 2 is no longer supported for OSS.
For springboot 3, the oss support ends in three months.

Is the support of old version needed? I would naively say that for those that need an old springboot version generation, they would just need to take an old generator version . That would allow to clean the code base from old version test, variables and so on...
