[RFC] remove 'checkpoint'

It seems to me that the "checkpoint" feature can be replaced by "activities" introduced in odoo 11.0. I didn't use these feature anymore since years.
Any argument not to remove it from 13.0?

Seems legit. How would you keep the relation? Adding a m2[o|m] to the activity?
