Small doc update — two files, 9 lines changed.
Updates the API server and Open WebUI docs to reflect that tool progress now streams inline during SSE responses (added in #4092).
api-server.md: Added 'Tool progress in streams' note to the streaming docs section. Updated the intro from 'invisible' to mentioning inline progress.
open-webui.md: Updated 'How It Works' step 4 from 'Tool calls happen invisibly server-side' to describe the inline progress messages. Added a tip box about the feature.
