nodePackages package set removal

The nodePackages package set has been deprecated and people have worked on trimming its contents for years now.

The reason is that node2nix is unmaintained and we have proper builders for npm, yarn and pnpm for a while now.

The following consumers are preventing the removal of its last 10 members:

• prettier (documentation refers to package set and dead package nodePackages.prettier-plugin-toml) @l0b0, @S0AndS0

Please repackage these packages in terms of our in-tree Node.js build infrastructure asap. The alternative is to remove them, but please take care of that yourself.

haskellPackages.tailwind/emanote is unmaintained for quite a while and I have no intention of changing that. Please feel free to ignore or disable those consumers and proceed with removal.

Ignoring the consumers will result in eval breakage. Please remove them yourself so we can proceed with the work on nodePackages.

@pyrox0 any interest in migrating those 2 coc packages like you did the rest? Otherwise we can just probably drop them. Looks like coc-go hasn't been updated in 2 years and the package-lock isn't supported by our buildNpmPackage. coc-tsserver doesn't even have a lock file in repo.. which is always annoying.

See #490168 for mpv-cheatsheet. I still need to test it locally to double check that the plug-in isn't broken with the new packing process.
