Improve Apple Watch chrome rendering and HID button coverage

Summary

• Expanded chrome rendering to respect DeviceKit watch padding and anchor math, so Watch bezels and button placements match the bundle metadata more closely.
• Added Watch-specific hardware button handling for digital-crown, side-button, and left-side-button through the native HID path and browser chrome controls.
• Updated the browser button overlay to preserve the correct wire names and press/hover transforms for Watch chrome.
• Kept the CLI, REST docs, README, and operator guide in sync with the new button set.

Testing

• npm run build passed.
• npm test passed.
• Verified chrome-profile output for a Watch simulator returns the expected Watch button names, usage pairs, and chrome bounds.
