Summary
This is a PR to add a 3rd party integration with Patronus AI's Lynx Hallucination Detection Model. The associated rail guards against
bot_messagehallucinations to any passedrelevant_chunks.Patronus Lynx is fully open source and the model can be found on Hugging Face - here's a link to large and small variants.
The PR includes instructions to host Lynx using vLLM or Ollama (for the smaller model), and documentation on how to set up the guardrail.
